Al Shabaab militants kill regional Somali lawmaker in capital

MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Gunmen from Somali Islamist group al Shabaab killed a regional lawmaker on Saturday after he had taken his wife to hospital in the capital Mogadishu, the group and officials said.
