Mongolia pardons American accused of tax evasion involving SouthGobi Resources

ULAN BATOR (Reuters) - Mongolian President Elbegdorj Saikhanbileg has pardoned an American who was jailed over allegations of tax evasion involving SouthGobi Resources Ltd, the U.S. Embassy in Ulan Bator said in a statement.
