Explosion, gunfire heard in diplomatic quarter of Afghan capital

KABUL (Reuters) - An explosion shook houses in the diplomatic quarter of the Afghan capital shortly after 7 p.m., according to Reuters witnesses, who also heard gunfire after the blast.
