Burkina security forces scatter, arrest protesters ahead of vote

OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) - Security forces in Burkina Faso fired tear gas and arrested protesters gathering in the center of the capital on Thursday, a Reuters photographer said, before parliament votes on a move to allow the president to stand for re-election.
